Connect to your desire, essence & female flow retreat Monday 23 March - Monday 30 March 2026 WELCOME BEAUTIFUL WOMAN... ...to this special week in the Spanish spring sunshine :) A week in which you are invited on a journey through breath, sound and song, movement and dance, meditation and visualisation - into your own depth and beauty! A wonderful full week of time and space... to land, breathe, sing, move... flow, still, deepen... share, cry, laugh, soften and be :) And also to enjoy the beautiful spring landscape, the rocks, the sand, the sea and the picturesque villages of Andalucia. You will not be doing this alone, but in a wonderful group of 8-10 women and under the expert and attuned guidance of Heidi Hogewind & Rebekka Noest. WHY THIS RETREAT? Heidi (music therapist and body-oriented singing coach, with her own practice 'ZING HET ZEG HET') and Rebekka (haptotherapist, psychologist and energy therapist, with her own practice HAPSYS) are both dedicated to guiding people to 'get in touch with your feelings, coming home to your body, discover your desires, your boundaries, your individuality and your essence'. Heidi on this retreat week: "In my practice, I work a lot with women who, through their breath, body and voice, get more in touch with their feelings, themselves and their original feminine (life) flow. In doing so, I often encounter desire that is blocked and wants to flow again... During the day retreats I give in the Netherlands (link below), I experience that, in addition to working individually, it is very special and powerful to explore this together as women, to share and to see each other in this. Not to 'pull' at what is 'stuck' and 'tense' in you, but to be a witness to it... to meet it within yourself, and to gently embrace it in your being. That is worth its weight in gold! By taking a whole week, there is plenty of room to relax, to feel (the exercises), to live through them and to let them sink into your body. This gives you the opportunity to deepen, enjoy and meet yourself and others in a deep way. Combined with the Spanish spring sun, the sea, the flowers and a super nice location with delicious meals, this is the perfect setting for a beautiful inner journey :) Rebekka on this retreat week: "In my work with people, both individually in my practice and in groups during retreats, I increasingly notice the power of focusing on what is there, rather than on what is not there. Focusing on where your flow and joy lie, rather than on what is problematic for you or what you would like to see changed. No longer focusing on 'your story', your pain and your blockages. But rather on your (soul's) desires, who and what you feel you are inside. This is a transformative power that should not be underestimated. During this retreat week, we will seek out this power within you. We will feel this power, bring it into the light and express it, through sound, voice, movement, bodywork, among other things. We will follow the deep inner knowing in your own body, in your essential self. This is because I am convinced that deep within our bodies there is a much deeper and purer knowing that we can find and follow. Instead of trying to figure out what we want and who we really are with our minds, or by following therapists, experts or gurus. When you arrive at this deeply felt knowledge, you have found an infallible compass for your life. It is not about ignoring pain, trauma or blockages. Encountering these is inevitable when we go deep within ourselves. However, we will acknowledge this and allow it to be there gently, but we will not dwell on it... We will focus on our felt essence, our truly deeply felt desire... We will also look at how we can put this into practice in our lives, so that you can take concrete steps once you are back in the Netherlands!" ABOUT THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN HEIDI & REBEKKA Where Heidi works mainly with sound, singing, breath, voice, movement, inquiry and writing, Rebekka works with bodywork, breathing techniques, meditation and visualization - and imagination techniques. A combination of methods that complement each other and connect the heart, mind, body and intuition. During this week, we will invite you in various ways to gently dive into your own depths, to experience, to share, to connect (with yourself and each other), to play, to discover your truth and desires, and to be real... The power of the group will play an important role, as will daring to feel and experience. We invite you to (dare to) be present with everything that is (in you), and to let your feminine energy & heart energy flow through the exercises, sharing circles and working methods. In all of this, we always work in alignment with the group and use our expertise, creativity, and intuition to create a transformational week. There is room for stillness, deepening, tears, and uninhibited laughter! WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? On Monday 23rd March, you will arrive at Seville airport, where we will pick you up and take you to Milagro de Algar (approx. 1.5 hour drive). There you will have time to settle in and enjoy your first meal and a first group session, focused on 'arriving' and getting to know each other. Over the next six days, there will be at least two group sessions per day, and we will definitely be working with movement and singing/sound and voice every day. In addition, we will assess on a daily basis and also in line with the group's development which forms are most appropriate and suitable. In addition to the programme, there will be time for personal activities, such as a walk or a dip in the sea. On Monday 30 March, we will conclude the programme and take you back to the airport. PRACTICAL INFORMATION The price varies between €800 and €1500 per person. This includes accommodation, meals, transfer to and from the airport, and the programme/guidance.
